Role

  • You will be part of the Customer's Retention/Engagement Department.
  • In this role, you are responsible for supporting the CRM team in developing and implementing the CRM & loyalty strategy to increase loyalty, engagement, retention and sales and establish long term customer relationships, ensuring Customer remains the preferred premium brand.
  • You are eager to create customer journeys and marketing communications that will enrich and enhance our customers' experience with our brand and products, mainly through the email channel.
  • You will work closely with the wider Digital team and local markets to create and implement the newsletter calendar. You will take ownership to work with the digital agency to ensure the newsletters are executed from A to Z. You will participate and support in various digital projects according to our digital roadmap. You will be part of a young, dynamic and results driven team and working for one of the most beloved brands in the world. The ideal candidate is someone who has attention to details, with great time management skills and can work independently.

Tasks

  • Execution of the newsletter calendar including gathering input from different stakeholders (E-com, brand, category) and create briefing to our digital agency.
  • You will manage the process of email planning, approval, translation, testing and deployment.
  • Support big digital campaign execution (new product launches, promotions such as Black Friday, COTY)
  • Together with the agency, you will also manage growth hacking and AB testing plan for optimizing the performance of newsletter and marketing automations
  • Support and guide local markets and translate their business needs to digital strategy
  • Support CRM lead with implementation of loyalty program including but not limited to content creation, translation, UAT testing etc
  • Understanding the data model in order to personalize communication that is data driven
  • Work with CRM lead to create and implement data acquisition and enrichment strategies
  • Work with our digital agency to prepare monthly reports on database growth and campaign performance and ROI analysis
  • Support CRM lead on the data privacy and GDPR related topics
  • Support other transversal team projects when needed

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages preferred
  • You have a good understanding of email marketing and marketing automation
  • Salesforce marketing cloud experience preferred
  • You have knowledge of web analytics tools to understand the effectiveness of your actions
  • Experience with database management is considered a big plus
  • Knowledge of image editing software is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
