My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with previous experience of Travel Management/Expenses systems.

Assignment description

You will be working as the Project Manager in a project where travel management is the key topic. Key parties involved in the project are HR and finance, but in addition there is multiple other parties involved (external and internal).

Project is ongoing, currently managed with internal resources and first milestone is in September. Your task is to make sure that activities are connected to each other. Project includes building new interfaces and integrations, and test activities.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Prior Project Manager work experience
• Travel Management systems experience
• Ability to handle large entities and to make sure that activities are connected to each other
• Ability to communicate and work with variety of different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand project from IT perspective
• Knowledge about travel/finance related processes
• Ability to coordinate with end-to-end testers and give feedback (no need to be able to do testing themselves)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Any SAP Travel Management, SAP FI-TV or SAP Concur experience would be an advantage.

Candidate must be based in Finland and the role can be worked 75% remotely with 25% required onsite each week.
