Full Stack Data Scientist - AI & Knowledge Systems

We're looking for a Full Stack Data Scientist to join our innovation team and build end-to-end AI solutions with a strong focus on causal AI and decision intelligence.

This role combines hands-on data science with software engineering, allowing you to design models that don't just predict outcomes, but explain why they happen and support better decision-making. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to take AI solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models, with emphasis on causal AI and probabilistic approaches

• Build and maintain knowledge graphs and causal inference systems

• Develop models that move beyond correlation to cause-and-effect reasoning

• Scale AI solutions from proof of concept to production

• Collaborate on data pipelines, ETL processes, and Back End systems

• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience across data science and software engineering

• Strong expertise in machine learning, including causal inference and probabilistic modelling

• Experience developing and applying causal AI techniques

• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs

• Solid understanding of Back End systems, data pipelines, and ETL

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps practices

• Strong Python programming skills

Preferred

• Experience with additional cloud platforms

• Kubernetes or container orchestration exposure

• Graph databases and query languages

• Deep learning frameworks

• NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning experience

• Domain exposure to Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, or Telecommunications
