ITSM Consultant (Contract)

Location: City, London Country: UK Rate: Up to £510 p/d Inside IR35
 

IT Service Management - ITSM Consultant

  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid Model: Between 1-3 days p/w in office (will vary per week)
  • Contract Length: 5-months
  • IR35 Status: Inside

About the Role:

My client, one of the UK s leading consultancies are seeking a seasoned ITSM consultant to provide their expertise throughout a 5-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Management services, spanning from short term on-site consulting opportunities to resource augmentation, and complex large-scale projects.
  • Process implementation and improvement across the Service Management Lifecycle
  • ServiceNow implementation
  • Producing ITSM material (Service blueprints, Support Models etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong experience of CMDB configuration and management, along with SACM
  • Strong ServiceNow experience implementing ITSM processes
  • High standard of production of written ITSM material
  • Minimum ITIL v3
