About the Role:

As the Senior Test Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the software QA/Testing team. You'll work closely with the Product function to ensure systems operate as expected, meeting all business requirements. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 6 test analysts, utilizing an Agile environment and tools such as Jira and Confluence for test case management and defect tracking.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of test analysts, leveraging your 3 years of experience as a Test Manager to mentor and guide them in reducing defects and ensuring systems function as expected.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering teams to streamline testing processes and improve overall product quality.
• Utilize testing software such as X-Ray to produce comprehensive test-based reporting, ensuring thorough test coverage.
• Handle multiple data file formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and Fixed-width text files, leveraging your experience to identify data-related issues and provide support for resolution.
• Monitor and maintain SFTP transfer Servers and associated mechanisms to ensure seamless data transfer processes.
• Apply your general knowledge of ETL/Data Transformation processes during database import procedures, demonstrating proficiency in database schemas and data field formats.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing Test or QA teams within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in testing software such as X-Ray for comprehensive test reporting.
• Experience working with multiple data file formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and Fixed-width text files.
• Ability to analyse data to identify and address data-related issues efficiently.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining SFTP transfer Servers and associated mechanisms.
• General knowledge of ETL/Data Transformation processes during database import procedures, including familiarity with database schemas and data field formats.
