We are looking for a freelance UAT Test Manager to support our client's HCM transformation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test strategies and plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Lead a team of freelance testers in conducting UAT activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test scripts, scenarios, and outcomes to support testing efforts.
• Coordinate with project teams to align testing activities with project time lines and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress to project stakeholders and management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HCM systems and testing best practices, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a freelance Test Manager, specialising in User Acceptance Testing for HCM transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of HCM systems and platforms, with expertise in industry-leading solutions.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Certification in software testing (eg, ISTQB) is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
