Are you an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead or Manager looking for your next challenge?

My client are a leading legal firm based in Bristol, with a growing PMO and Business Change team.

This Business Analyst Team Lead/Manager role will be a key position leading a small team of BAs, providing management, mentorship and coaching as well as operational work flow responsibility to the team.

You will work predominantly on internally-facing Business Change and IT projects, often updating Legacy Document Management (DMS) systems, implementing new Case Management IT Systems and improving ways of working.

• Expereince mentoring, managing and coaching team members
• Contributing to improving processes, ways of working, and governance
• Managing workflows and resource across projects
• Delivery-focused, motivated, and always takes the initiative
• Wide variety of backgrounds considered, regulated industries desirable but not essential
