Legal IT Support Analyst 12pm to 8pm Mon-Fri (MS Office, iManage, laptops, Citrix/VPN, VC) (Permanent)

A prestigious US led law are looking to recruit a Technology Support Analyst to join their London team to provide deskside support between the hours of 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday. Working in their London City office 5 days a week this role is fully office based with no hybrid working. You will provide weekend on call cover every 8 weeks. In return you will receive a competitive salary and will join a friendly, professional, motivated and well established IT team of 5.

The successful candidate will have worked ideally in a law firm before as an IT Support Analyst, or failing this, you must have worked in a similar partnership/professional services firm. Technically, you will need proven experience supporting Windows, MS Office applications and legal applications such as iManage and Carpe Diem. You will need knowledge of supporting Lenovo desktops and laptops and experience managing devices using AirWatch. You will also need experience of remote computing using Citrix, Zoom, Skype and have some knowledge around VOIP, iOS and video conference equipment. You will document solutions and update the ITSM Ticket Management System so previous experience working with an ITSM is highly desirable.

The Technology Support team is responsible for providing day to day PC deskside support on the firm's hardware and software which includes imaging, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading laptops/PCs and the firm's systems. As a result, you will need strong troubleshooting skills, being able to prioritise whilst always maintaining a high level of customer service. You will need to possess excellent communication skills allowing you to interact with all levels of staff within the firm.
