Job Title: Technical Architect
Location: Fully Remote
Salary/Rate: £450 per day - Inside IR35
Start Date: 07/05/2024
Duration: 12 months

Company Introduction
We have a great opportunity to work with a global consultancy on a new exciting project. They are looking for a Technical Architect with strong Front End experience to join them on a 12 month contract!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Act as a subject matter expert for UX/Design System and Front End technologies (eg React, CMS, etc.)
2. Conduct requirements analysis, balance different requirements and make technical trade off decisions at application level (eg component design).
3. Use your expertise to input into reengineering and design.
4. Run experiments and PoC to demonstrate and validate technology choices
5. Actively look for the latest tools and technologies within or outside the client. Actively learn and help implementing the new industry standards with focus on Front End and UX.
6. Identify the inefficiencies in the process and help the team to improve them to maximize the team's performance.
7. Collaborate with different stakeholders on managing project milestones, short term, and long-term planning etc.
8. Help identifying the dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks in the projects proactively. Work actively with the Engineering Manager to resolve them

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Strong focus on Front End technologies (eg React), with ability to work with UX team and promote use and improvement of the Design System
2. Senior experience, designing and architecture enterprise applications based on microservices.
3. Experience using GCP/Azure cloud, .NET Core, Docker, K8 etc.
4. Problem-solving skills including knowledge of data structure and algorithms.
5. Experience on agile software development process.
6. REST APIs experience.
7. Like to collaborate within engineering and beyond.
