Network Engineer (Active SC Clearance Needed) (Contract)

Location: Hursley, Hampshire  Country: UK Rate: £500 - £550 per day + Inside IR35
 

This role will require you to be onsite in Hursley, Hampshire 5 days per week, the client has specified that they will not negotiate on this.

You MUST have an ACTIVE UK SC clearance to be considered for this role (used in the last 12 months)

Gibbs Hybrid require a Network Engineer that holds an active security clearance for a project, based in Hursley, Hampshire for one of their government clients. You will be required onsite in Hursley, Hampshire 5 days per week. If you live within a commutable distance and hold an active SC, please apply for immediate consideration.

Location: 5 days per week onsite in Hursley, Hampshire is imperative
Length of contract: 6-12 months with extensions likely
Day Rate: Up to £550 per day (inside IR35) - Non-negotiable

Project Description:

The Programme is delivering a unified, Real Time biometric service for government. It aims to technically converge the existing biometric systems capabilities that are critical for Immigration, Borders, Law Enforcement and other government departments. This matching capability is provided across three biometric modes: fingerprints, DNA and facial matching. The clients services enable the UK to capture, authenticate, verify, search and match individuals' biometrics and forensics for the purposes of crime scene investigation, visa applications, passport applications, border control, counterterrorism and international cooperation.

Required Skills: Network Architecture/Engineering, SolarWinds. Firewalls, Nexus Switches, F5 devices - LBs/Firewalls, ASR Routers, NTP sources
