Contact Centre Technical SME (Contract)

Location: Remote Country: UK Rate: Market Rate
 

Whitebridge Group, the specialist Digital Transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced Contact Centre Technical SME to support the implementation of a suite of Customer Contact Systems.

Key experience

  • Experience in systems analysis, development and configuration of Customer Management and Contact Solutions.
  • Onboarding of Multi-channel contact solutions - eg Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), Genesys, CXone (NICE), Vonage, Amazon Connect, 8x8, Avaya, etc.
  • Agile/Sprint delivery (using backlog management tools such as ADO, Jira etc.)
  • Test Planning
  • Working within the Energy Industry would be an advantage but not essential
  • Stakeholder and vendor management

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role for the foreseeable future will be majority home working with meetings in the Reading or Havant offices. This will be umbrella working. Direct applicants only please.
