PMO Manager (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £55345 - £61494 per annum + + benefits
 

We are currently recruiting a PMO Manager for an organisation dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of healthcare practice and patient safety. If you're passionate about project management and want to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector, this might be the perfect role for you!

Position: PMO Manager

Location: London (hybrid - twice a month)

Salary: £55,345 - £61,494 + benefits & excellent pension

As a PMO Manager, you'll lead the Project Management Office, overseeing a diverse and interesting portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing healthcare regulation and patient safety. Your expertise will drive project management excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the PMO team
  • Oversee a diverse range of projects and portfolio management
  • Develop and implement PMO standards and policies
  • Manage resources and optimise utilisation
  • Produce regular project status reports and analyses
  • Identify and mitigate risks across projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare, non-profit, public or regulatory sectors is a plus
