Business Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Country: UK Rate: £40k - £50k per annum
 

Business Analyst

Swindon (1 day a week onsite/hybrid working)

Our client, a well-known and trusted UK brand is seeking a Business Analyst to join as part of a team to drive the organisation forward in its corporate strategy for all technology needs, delivering end to end solutions that add tangible value and benefit to their internal customers and enhance the overall experience.

You will be working with the Senior Business Analyst, and other technology roles, supporting in the development of business cases for new solutions and enhancements to existing technologies, and helping to spot opportunities for improved value for money and efficiency's.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience is a similar Business Analyst role.
  • Experience of working in business and technology change projects.
  • Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT Project setting.
  • Experienced in business engagement and management of stakeholder expectations.
  • Experienced in business process modelling defining "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes.
  • Able to convert business wants and needs into functional, non-functional technical requirements & capabilities.
