Senior Project Manager- Oracle Cloud and Oracle OCI: Required

Start Date: As soon as possible

Travel Requirement: Yes, at least 3 days a week

Competencies:

1. Programme Management: Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership across multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor, and multi-location teams.

2. PRINCE2 or Equivalent Certification: Proficiency in project management methodologies is essential for this role.

3. Third-Party Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with multiple subcontractors. This includes overseeing a vendor landscape, dependencies, and critical paths effectively.

4. Development of Integrated Schedule: Ability to develop an integrated schedule for the delivery of Mpower L5 time-sheeting and planning tool, including integrations with Oracle P6 and Azure Data Lake via Mulesoft and/or IConnect.

5. Management of Key Dependencies: Proficiency in managing dependencies across client organizations, vendor ecosystems, and client suppliers.

6. Business and Technical Architecture Planning: Experience in planning and delivering business and technical architecture functions, including defining requirements, target architecture, integration landscape, and environment landscape.

7. Proof of Concept Definition and Deployment: Ability to define the scope of proof of concept and coordinate its deployment by July 2024.

8. Investment Case Management: Experience in defining the investment case inclusive of all vendor development and rollout costs. Proficiency in tracking baseline, actuals, and forecasts.

9. Governance Forums Management: Ownership of daily standups, vendor status, client status, Steering Committee meetings, and other governance forums.

10. Operating Model Definition: Coordinating the definition of the target operating model.

11. Deployment and Release Strategy: Coordinating the deployment and release strategy.

12. Readiness Criteria Definition: Defining go/no-go criteria and technical/business readiness scorecards for proof of concept and enduring deployment.

13. Adoption Plan Coordination: Coordinating the adoption plan and any necessary training content creation and rollout.

14. RAID Management: Proficiency in managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).

• Mpower (formerly Monitor) Planning and Estimating: Preferred
• Microsoft Azure and Azure Data Lake: Preferred
