Service Designer/Architect - ITSM (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £450 - £550 per day

My client is currently seeking a hands on ITSM Service Designer to join them on a new implementation of an Enterprise Service Management platform. You will play a key role in the success of the redesign to current services and the design of new services, journeys and support of workflow and processes.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background within IT Service Mnagaent (ITSM) and in-depth understanding of service management tooling used to deliver services. This role is largely hands on so we will be looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate experience in this.

  • Strong Enterprise Service Management experience
  • Qualified ITIL4
  • Pragmatism and ability to build step-by-step approach to change and maturity
  • Design and build of services to ensure alignment to user and business outcomes
  • Journey mapping
  • Experiance facilitating and leading workshops and design activities
  • Able to define principles and design standards for services, ensuring re-use and repeatability through use of patterns and playbooks or similar
  • CMDB and auto-discovery
  • Confidnet in communicatuing with technical and non technical stakeholders whilst ensuring alignment with technical and enterprise architecture
  • Defining principles and design standards for services, ensuring re-use and repeatability through use of patterns and playbooks or similar
  • Service measurement, reporting, CSFs, SLAs, KPIs
  • Operating Model and TOM
  • Agile & services and how Product and Service Management work together
