Project Manager - Azure Cloud Migration - FTC 24 Months - Up to £90K - Fully Remote (Contract/Permanent)
Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £80k to £90k
 

Project Manager with Cloud Migration (Azure) is required for 24 Months FTC with an insurance firm - Fully Remote role!

As the Cloud Migration Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless transition of our clients IT infrastructure and applications from on-premises environment, and the exiting from our current data centres, to our Cloud Landing Zone, built in Azure using DevSecOps and Infrastructure as code where suitable.

Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, you will also work across all business departments to ensure that the migration roadmap is agreed and supported with key resource and resulting in minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations.

Experience

  • 5 years or more proven experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably with a focus on cloud migration or infrastructure transformation
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure, and migration methodologies, backed up by qualifications
  • Thorough understanding, through qualifications and practical experience of multiple change delivery frameworks - MSP, Agile, Prince2
  • Experience of managing cross-functional teams both on-shore and off-shore
