Are you a Data focused DevOps Engineer?
Have you a background with Amazon Connect?
Do you want to work for a start up in the ML/Analytics space?
3 month rolling Contract - Outside IR35 - Circa £425pd - 1 day a fortnight onsite in London
They are looking to migrate a large call centre to Amazon Connect with a PowerBi Front End.
Role layout:
- Call Center separation from larger conglomerate
- Moving data to Connect
- Fill the analytics gaps for pieces that cant move directly to AWS Connect via MLOps
- Take the AWS Connect data/analytics/monitoring and help with the analytics
- Taking the data out of the system and into a Data Lake in AWS
