I am working with a telecom distributor that works with MSP's to improve their growth to find a Customer Representative to join their team. My client is spread across the UK and therefore you do not need to be based in a certain location for this opportunity as it is remote!

You will be responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service in every interaction and will need to handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction efficiently and effectively.

To excel in this role, you will have a proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Support practices, alongside the following:

• Exceptional communication skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of multitasking and prioritising tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom products and services, with a preference for experience with Gamma.

This role offers an opportunity to join my clients well established service desk with a salary of up to £30,000. As previously mentioned, this is a fully remote position with exciting incentives for growth and business development.
