SC Cleared Program Manager (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £575 a day Inside IR35
 
  1. Project Planning, Scheduling, and Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
    • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
  2. Stakeholder Communication and Management:

    • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and executives.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively through various channels such as meetings, reports, and presentations.
    • Proactively address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure project success.
  3. Risk Management and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project objectives.
    • Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Regularly monitor and assess risk factors throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as necessary to minimize negative impacts.
  4. Budget Tracking and Management:

    • Establish and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocations against planned targets.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending to maximize project ROI.
    • Prepare financial reports and forecasts to provide stakeholders with transparent insights into budget performance.
  5. Ensuring Project Delivery within Scope, Time, and Budget Constraints:

    • Maintain a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
    • Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.
    • Implement effective change management processes to manage scope changes while minimizing disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
