Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Cloud and Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions. As a client-facing role, the Oracle Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end cloud implementations, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, from project initiation to post-implementation support.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Actively participate in project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Oracle Cloud and SAAS solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud products and services, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and EPM.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple end-to-end cloud implementations concurrently.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
