Oracle HCM Functional Specialist - 6 months - UK/remote - £500 - 545 per day
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Specialist (HR & Compensation)
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle HCM Cloud functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR and Compensation implementation consulting experience.
Job Responsibilities
Rich Experience working on the business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR and Compensation modules
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Guide customer implementation team on the best practices on Jobs and related work structures especially on scoping and configuration.
Help on analysis of Positions Management already implemented and (re) configuring of Jobs and related work structures
Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
Keen attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Core - specifically on job structure (role/model profile) and Salary Management
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Compensation.
- Experience in minimum of 2 end to end implementations
- Capable of translating business requirements into system solution and design.
- Ability to contribute with domain knowledge to the broader team.
- Good team player with strong written and verbal English skills
- Proactively highlight concerns/potential roadblocks and provide potential solutions
Minimum Years of Experience
(Number of years in a specific role and/or technology focus)
4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR - Compensation implementation and/or support
