Senior Developer

Leeds - Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office

Salary - £62,500 + Bonus 5%

Tech Stack:

JavaScript Technology - vue.js and node.js

Python, PHP, Perl

MySQL DB programming

User Interface Design

API Development

HTML and XML

Change control and version management skills (eg Using SPA/GIT)

My client an award winning global organisation who provide software to enterprise size businesses that solves issues with Cyber security, Disaster recovery and Data Protection are hiring for a Senior Software engineer to join their Small, but growing, technically excellent DevOps Team.

This role would quickly progress to a lead if that is how you would like the role to progress!

Responsibilities:

Design: You will support the design of existing and new applications and utilities for use within Services.

Development: You will support the development of enhancements to existing and greenfield products

Maintenance: You will support the maintenance and fault fixing of products

Quality: You are accountable for the overall quality of all your development projects.

Communication & reporting: You will ensure accurate reporting to your manager to ensure development objectives are being met.

The ideal Senior Software Engineer should have experience of writing code in some of the following languages:

JavaScript Technology - vue.js and node.js

Python, PHP, Perl

MySQL DB programming

User Interface Design

API Development

HTML and XML
