We are looking for Lead Business Analyst/Business Architect with Active Security Clearance in London location for Permanent with one of our leading client.

Responsibilities:

• UI Development: Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-friendly interfaces that meet business requirements and enhance overall user experience.
• Data Flows: Analyze and map data flows within the organization, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize data flow efficiency.
• Cloud Architecture: Develop and implement cloud architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Data Modernization/Transformation Programs: Lead data modernization/transformation programs, including evaluating current data systems, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and developing strategies for migration or transformation.
• COTS Product Evaluation: Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf products, including data integration tools, software solutions, and analytics platforms, to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present reports, architecture diagrams, and documentation to communicate solution designs, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Years of experience as a business architect, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in the banking industry.
• Strong domain expertise in banking and finance, including knowledge of regulations, processes, and technologies.
• Extensive experience in UI development, data flows analysis, cloud architecture, and data modernization/transformation programs.
• Familiarity with commercial off-the-shelf products and the ability to evaluate their suitability for the organization's needs.
