Non Functional Test Analyst (Contract)
Location: Buckinghamshire Country: UK Rate: £400 - £425.00 per day + IN SCOPE OF IR35
Non Functional Test Analyst - Postman, Azure DevOps SQL, SIT.
Our client requires an experienced Non-Functional Test Analyst to start ASAP, hybrid working 1 day a week in the office, in scope of IR35, with the ability to work with Postman, Azure DevOps, SQL, SIT and performance/load/volume testing
Job Purpose
As the Non-Functional Test Analyst you are responsible for developing and executing non functional test cases and non functional test scripts in line with the requirements, identifying and tracking defects, and working collaboratively with our client's Scrum teams and third-party technical and business stakeholders to contribute to project successes within defined timelines

Term- 6-month contract
Location- Hybrid 1 day a week in the office in Buckinghamshire
Day rate - £400-£425pd in scope of IR35

Accountability/Key Responsibilities
- Attend agile ceremonies as part of scrum team
- Work with Business Analysts to understand tasks and advise estimated time
- Write non functional Test scripts
- Execute non functional tests
- Identify and track defects
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years' experience in non functional testing
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
- MUST have worked in Azure DevOps or a similar tool
- MUST have solid experience in writing SQL statements
- Utilities/energy market experience preferred
- Quick Learner able to hit the ground running
- MUST have Postman experience
- MUST have worked in SIT
- MUST have experience in performance/load/volume testing
- Proficient in designing and executing test cases and scripts in tools like SOAP UI, Postman or Loadrunner
- Defect logging and management experience
- Ability to capture and store evidence of test execution
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Desirable experience in disaster recovery testing
