Data Analyst - Transformation Program

Rate: £300 per day Inside IR35

Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid - 3 days in office p/w)

Length: Until 31/12/2025

Major financial institution seeks Data Analyst, tasked with delivering Front Office analytics and tooling to the business to support management of capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical data-centric projects, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery
  • Work cross-functionally with business, quant, and tech teams to design and implement data solutions
  • Maintain a collaborative approach, engaging daily with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Effectively communicate project updates to senior stakeholders, proactively escalating risks/issues
  • Build strong relationships to support the successful execution of transformation programs

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in data analysis, using SQL, and other programming languages
  • Experience in capital markets or derivatives analytics
  • Business domain expertise in asset classes like credit, FX, or rates
  • Familiarity with regulatory capital (RWA) calculations
