Technical Solutions Architect required to architect, design, deploy Microsoft 365 solutions. Working closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology based on their requirements.

Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server, and Active Directory

Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Windows Server, Azure and Office 365 solutions

Strong working experience on migrations and hybrid Exchange infrastructure

Direct experience migrating from on-premise to cloud storage

Direct experience with on-premise Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid deployments

Experience with M365 security and configuration.

Design and implements the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications

Secures environment using M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance, endpoint protection

Configures Active Directory (AD), Azure AD and identity management services among others, network infrastructure

Experience of M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services

Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations

Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting

Experience of M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions

Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including Firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols

Provide technical leadership to the solutions team

10+ Years delivering Microsoft solutions in an enterprise environment

Microsoft M365 Certifications

Hybrid working environment (office & home) with the ability to travel to client sites as project requirements dictates.
