Enterpise Architect | Long-Term Project | Banking Sector

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with expertise in Banking products or the Banking Customer area. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into executable plans by developing artifacts that outline future implications (Architecture Development).
• Ensure adherence to architecture direction by exercising Architecture Control, reviewing IT solutions, and providing guidance to the IT change organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels, including senior management, strategic theme owners, Process & Data Owners, and Domain Architects.

Key Deliverables

• Develop compelling stories and architecture diagrams, utilizing architecture models, frameworks, and maintaining reference architectures.
• Maintain architecture control by reviewing solution intents against enterprise architecture standards and guidelines, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest business and technology trends, providing hands-on architecture leadership on complex, innovative projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and managing enterprise strategy and architectures.
• Ideally, 8+ years of strategic consultancy experience in a large, global corporation with diverse business and IT domains (management consulting roles also considered).
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
• Familiarity with interpreting regulations impacting banking or specific architecture areas.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture within complex organizations, preferably in the specified architecture domain.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing, engaging, and aligning stakeholders across various roles and levels.
