This is a Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Requirements of Special Knowledge and Skills:

• Good knowledge of any programming language
• Have good knowledge of financial processes, accounting functions and activities
• Advanced level of knowledge of ABAP and/or other open source development language
• Hands-on experience with SAP Systems and its development techniques (Direct enhancements, BAPI-, BADI-, etc.)
• WebService and API development
• Front End solutions and/or open source development knowledge
• Experience with interfaces
• Experience with one of the followings: HANA development, FIORI, UI5, Vue JS, or other relevant technology
• Good Development Knowledge of S4H in the cloud or on premise
• Being a team player
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Solution oriented and result driven attitude
• Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast changing environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Very good understanding of all Financial activities, functions, processes
• Years of relevant Job Knowledge Advanced Knowledge (5 - 8 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical designs, adhering to standards and architecture
• Provide SAP implementation support, ensuring compliance and robust solutions
• Develop scalable interfaces in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Establish testing frameworks using client methodologies and tools
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation for user guidance
• Create Front End applications following SAP best practices
• Implement changes and enhancements aligned with stakeholder requirements
• Support technical troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvement
• Foster teamwork, openness to innovation, and knowledge sharing
• Stay updated on new technologies and optimize existing processes
