DevOps Engineer Access Management 4 Employees The Senior DevOps Engineer IAM uses expert knowledge in the analysis, design, build, maintenance and improvement of our IAM solutions, delivering on our tribe's ambition to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

You and your job
Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. To be in control of the IAM-related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user-centric IAM journeys a new Tribe IAM will be launched June 1st. The purpose of the tribe will be to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly, and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

You will be working in the area IAM 4 Employees for the squad Access Management 4 Employees. In this squad you'll contribute to developing products in OneIdentity to distribute, and revoke access in a secure, simple and user-friendly way to all Rabobank employees. You will do this in a squad that'll consist of 9-12 fellow IAM heroes!

. You improve, automate manual processes into user friendly solutions in One Identity
. Connect existing and new applications to the One Identity platform
. Solve complex IAM problems with smart solutions.

• Work with colleagues in and outside the team to continuously improve to use of our IAM tooling in a way it is intended to be used
• Execute and support the process of developing & building solutions from start to finish (including testing, implementation and support)
