Job Description:Cydecor is looking for an IWS 1. 0, 4. 0, 7. 0 & 9. 0 BFM Project Manager to provide business and financial management support for ongoing efforts of the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). PEO IWS leads a professional and experienced organization that delivers Enterprise solutions for Naval Warfare Systems in the areas of Air Defense, Missile Defense, Undersea Warfare, Anti-Submarine Warfare, and Anti-Surface Warfare. Collectively, this team must provide effective and suitable deliveries of integrated warfare systems and technology, installed on a variety of platforms. Currently, PEO IWS is focused on enhancing mission capability across the surface fleet and submarine community with faster, more affordable, and interoperable product upgrades. The Project Manager provides BFM support to the contract effort as it relates to IWS 1. 0 (AEGIS), 4. 0 (FMS), 7. 0 (Integrated Fires) & 9. 0 (DDG 1000 & Coast Guard). The Project Manager assists the full range of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) as implemented in the DoD, Navy, and NAVSEA.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide BFM support to AEGIS and AEGIS fleet readiness.
  • Assist in the coordination of FMS cases.
  • Support Future Combat Systems and HSI with BFM expertise.
  • Provide BFM support to alignment of plans for DDG 1000, LCS, US Coast Guard, and PC.
  • Support developing and improving processes required to effectively operate the organization and its infrastructure to affect strategic and tactical planning and execution within or across task areas.
  • Facilitate, support, and participate in Integrated Process and Product Development (IPPD).
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of budget documents to include, but not limited to, various budget exhibits, briefings, presentation, and funding documents.
  • Provide expertise and cost models germane to Program/System type and acquisition phase.
  • Provide assistance with the estimation, preparation, and justification in all areas of DoD planning, programming, and budgeting.
  • Develop processes to monitor and ensure program is managed within Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) budget and FMS payment schedules.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on FMS case development and financial management policy, restrictions, and current regulations.
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field desired.
  • Significant demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
  • Significant supervisory experience.
  • DAWIA Level III Program Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
